FIONN “BLOW” REACHES #1
I co-wrote and produced A new single by Fionn that reached #1 on Billboard Canada
BIO
Kevin Maher — known professionally as Kevvy — is an award-winning music producer, songwriter, mix engineer, director, musician, and singer from Canada. A five-time JUNO Award winner and recipient of the BOW Producer of the Year Award, Kevvy has built a reputation for his dynamic range, sonic imagination, and fearless approach to modern pop and alternative production.
As the frontman and creative force behind the acclaimed band Fake Shark, Kevvy has toured internationally and earned critical praise for the group’s innovative sound and kinetic live performances. Beyond Fake Shark, he has also performed with Billy Howerdel (A Perfect Circle), further showcasing his versatility as both a musician and collaborator. As well as performing with Die Mannequin as they supported Marilyn Manson and The Subways on their European tour.
Kevvy’s production and songwriting credits include work with Carly Rae Jepsen, Dave Grohl, and a wide range of artists across genres. He co-wrote and produced “Blow” by Fionn, which reached #1 on Billboard Canada, cementing his status as one of the country’s most sought-after creative voices.
Mix assisted Joe Hisaishi, on his album A Symphonic Celebration - Music from the Studio Ghibli Films of Hayao Miyazaki. Hisaishi is the legendary Japanese composer best known for his film scores for Studio Ghibli movies, including "Spirited Away"
In addition to these accolades, Kevvy’s work has been featured in major placements such as NFL Monday Night Football, Apple commercials, Love Island, MTV, the NHL Stanley Cup Finals, and NBA on Sportsnet, bringing his sound to millions worldwide.
Equally at home in the studio or on stage, Kevvy continues to push boundaries as a writer, producer, and artist — crafting bold, emotionally charged music that blurs the line between pop precision and raw creative energy.
